#Throwback: Odyssey Night

This should be posted months ago.
However, due to college's examinations, activities, I don't really have the time to post it.
Odyssey Night, it's like a prom.
Well, I didn't attend any prom before and this is my first.

It's not actually a 'prom' but a competition.
Yeap, a competition. People go there to clap their hands. Nothing more special.
You vote, we choose. (As I'm one of the Organizing Committee)
Just a few days before the night,
a student,
a really rich but stupid one,
bought like 48 tickets/votes for one of the prom candidate.
Well, we have a bad-ass here.

Okay with all the sayings, here are the pictures I took during that night.

Managed to take this picture. Well, nothing seems to be special too. Proceed...

This is where people vote for the candidates. Before that, some (I mean most) students voted @ticketbooth (that was set up earlier).

Inner hall design.

And I think that's enough for the pre-event.
Here's that night's main event.

Prom candidates, all of them.

Then they had to perform, every one of them. Some are interesting and some are boring.
Mostly singing and dancing, nothing special.
What I can conclude is that this year's O-Night can be counted like semi-failure?

Random picture. This picture was so f**king difficult to capture. Well, I managed to, a bit blur though.

And yes, that night's EMCEEs, good job you did there.

Vlog and Wlog Part 3

It seems like we used up all our energy yesterday. Today's the last day of our stay at Langkawi. Well, although there are things that didn't satisfy us, however, it's still a pretty good trip with the company.

On the last day, we woke up a bit later than the previous day, an hour later. After having our breakfast, we went to Pantai Pasir Hitam, where the sand is black in color.

Black-colored beach. It's something you don't see everyday.

We then went back to Pantai Cenang where I introduced to you guys in tJhe previous post.
Here's where we bought our chocolate, again...

The Zon, duty free.

And next, we had Subway for lunch and proceed to Pantai Cenang. More people, more fun. This is what Pantai Cenang looks looks like.

Nice weather, at least for the last day.

Selfie with Eric.

It's time for us to wave goodbye to Langkawi. However, before that, before reaching the airport, we were totally like 'Oh my god, is there enough gas?' 'Should we add some' and all those dilemma keeps on coming among the 4 of us. And of course, we do reached our destination with a car full of sand but short in gas.

Goodbye Langkawi.

Vlog and Wlog Part 2

Continue here...

These following posts will be related to our trip (college friends) to Langkawi since it's the first time we go out on our own.

Day 1 (continued part)
Missed out some events in the previous post, :S.

Our first destination after our lunch is the Dataran Lang. I've no memories of this but I think it's quite 'tourists intolerance'. Because when we were there, there aren't many people or maybe it's just the holiday season isn't here yet.

Dataran Lang.
Lang means Eagle, short form for Helang

#randomselfie #dataranlang

I've been to Langkawi like 10 years ago, when I was 8 [Oh hell yeah, I'm 18 already]. And for this time, before going up to the skybridge, I've found this place.

And this is me 10 years ago, chubby huh?

Day 2.
I've forgotten to mention that this is a 3 days 2 nights trip. That doesn't really matters though.

And in day 2, I woke up the earliest among others and got myself an opportunity to stroll around, nearby our hotel.

As you can see the sky is still dark. However, I do really enjoy being alone, strolling in the dark sometimes, don't know why. Weird...

Another picture with brighter sky @Kuah, Langkawi.

Had this for breakfast. Price is quite reasonable and the food is also tasty too.

We then went to Makam Mahsuri, a historical place to visit. It's really nice and it only cost RM 10 per adult.
Didn't take much photos there.

I've no idea what they call this but I love it. The texture and the stort behind it.

#groupselfie @makammahsuri

This is where we went next, Underwater World. We didn't enter though. However, beside it is a shopping mall where we boughts tonnes of chocolate. And some beer. Nice.

#randompicture #street #red #cocacola.

We had Marrybrown for lunch and I can tell you that you wouldn't like to visit it for the second time. From my EXPERIENCE.

Then we had Secret Recipe for hi-tea @ Langkawi Fair Mall, weird name...

We found out via facebook of the existence of this all-you-can-eat buffet for only RM20 per pax. It uses charcoal for the heating part and you'd definitely want to try it, so BADLY.

There's a night market beside the hotpot buffet thing. It's ending soon we get there. Here's what I managed to capture.

It's bigger than the ones in Penang. And cheap.

We went for a movie afterwards, Maze Runner The Scorch Trial. First day in cinema and the ending is a whole f**king suspense. Nice movie though.

To be continued...

Vlog & Wlog Part 1

Sorry to keep you guys waiting for the content updates of my blog. It seems that I'm now a college students, which makes no different but a more relaxing study life and well, need not to put in those white school uniforms or whatsoever.

I've enrolled myself in TARUC, short for Tunku Abdul Rahman UNIVERSITY College in May. I've completed my first semester in college and it really hurts when you know that you'd have to pay for the education, or should I say the certificate.

The Malaysia's government had done a really good job offering free education from primary school till secondary school. Approbation should be given to them.

Well, college life seems to pass so fast and here's some of the most memorable events that occur during my college life.

Orientation week (O-week)

Didn't took many pictures during that 3 days orientation. Well, most of them are uploaded to Instagram.

Odyssey night (O-night)

The ticketing department of the Odyssey Night.

Random group selfie.

Have you met The Rock? This is a replica of Dwayne Johnson. :)

We've another blog, featuring some common thought you guys have,
URL: www.confessior.wordpress.com

We're currently short in authors of the blog. It doesn't use much time of yours. What I mean is that if you love to write or express your thoughts, you may join us and write down your thoughts, post them to confessior during your free time. There's no fixed schedule for you. Free rein :)

The first time of me donating blood. Yay, Saves Lives, Donate Blood!

I've met some new friends in college. And while I'm typing this content, we're currebtly in a coffee shop, having our breakfast @ 0910, Langkawi time.

Who can resist the temptation of caramel latte? Had it at the airport before my flight to Langkawi. @McCafe

After checking into the hotel, we travelled about 30km, approximately to this place

It's a really nice place for those who love being real close to mother nature. However, it was raining when we got there. A little bit of disappointment.

Went down from the steepest cable car and reached this place, nostalgia. I'll tell you why, later. Maybe next post

We then went to Pantai Cenang, where it's some sort like Penang's Batu Ferringhi, for all those tourists and the rich. It's really beautiful, well if compared to Batu Ferringhi. :S

Pretty place huh?
